BATH COMMUNITY REVITALIZATION COMMITTEE

bath paradeThe Bath Community Revitalization Committee has been meeting since October 2006 with the purpose of making the community of Bath a better place to live and do business.  To attain the goal of revitalizing Bath, this program advocates discussion, collaboration and joint action among residents, elected officials, the business community and various interest groups

This project follows a process introduced by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food & Rural Affairs. Communities that have followed this revitalization process have:

  • Experienced new synergy in the municipality
  • Developed a sound foundation for ensuring success & future growth
  • Developed a new sense of pride among residents
  • Attracted new business and jobs to the area
  • Increased the marketing efforts for the community businesses
  • Developed an awareness of the many assets, including heritage sites within the community and developed a plan to enhance these sites
