Loyalist Township electors - To check whether you are on the Voters' List, please enter your name and address in the fields below.

If you are already on the list, you will receive a "YES" answer.

If you receive a message indicating that you are not on the list, please check to make sure the data that you entered is correct. You may want to try entering other forms of your name that you go by or an earlier address that you lived at in case you haven't recently updated your information with MPAC. If the address is wrong, you will need to amend the information on the Voters' List at our Odessa office.

For example, if your name is Betty-Anne Crocker and you sometimes go by Betty and sometimes Betty-Anne, you should try entering both forms of your name that you regularly go by.

If after doing this, your name is not on the list, you can add your name to the list by contacting the Elections Office at 613-386-7351 ext. 171 to have a form mailed to you.  Changes must be made on the prescribed form (EL15)  and the form must be returned to the Odessa Municipal office either in person or by mail; changes cannot be made electronically.    For a copy of a write enabled form EL15 click here. 

Additions and changes to the Voters' List may be made from September 7, 2010 to October 25, 2010.
