Open House Regarding a Proposed Plan of Subdivision

THE CORPORATION OF LOYALIST TOWNSHIP

NOTICE OF AN OPEN HOUSE REGARDING A PROPOSED PLAN OF SUBDIVISION

TAKE NOTICE that Loyalist Township is holding an Open House on Wednesday, November 22nd, 2017 between 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., at the Bath Fire Station, 247 County Road 7/Church Street, Village of Bath, in order for persons to attend and gather information on a proposed plan of subdivision.

The owner has applied for a plan of subdivision consisting of 158 residential units consisting of 2 single detached lots with 17 metre frontages, 21 single detached lots with 13.4 metre frontages, 33 single detached lots with 11 metre frontages, 14 semidetached lots (28 units) with 18.3 metre frontages, 18 townhouse blocks (74 units with 4 or 5 units per block) with units having 6.1 metre frontages, 2 walkway blocks plus streets to be developed on land described as Part of Lot 9, Concession 1, Plan 29R-8210 former Village of Bath, now Loyalist Township. A copy of the proposed plan is attached.

Township staff and the developer will be in attendance at the Open House for the purpose of providing information, listening to any concerns, and answering any questions.

The subdivision is also subject to an official plan amendment (File D09-002-2017) and rezoning application request (File D14-013-2017).

A statutory public meeting will be held on Monday, December 11th, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Township’s Administration Building, 263 Main Street, Odessa.
