Highway 33 Reconstruction Project - Spring Construction Starts March 12
Highway 33, a provincial highway under the jurisdiction of the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, will be reconstructed this year from Collins Bay Road to the eastern limits of the village of Bath.
Loyalist Township has received notice from MTO's contractor, Coco Paving, that spring construction will begin on Monday, March 12, with the replacement of three culverts. A diagram illustrating the culvert locations is below. The work will result in traffic being restricted to one lane each day during the work shift. Delays should be expected.
Questions should be directed to the contractor's project manager, Rob Stewart, at Coco Paving's Kingston office, 613-389-3232.
