Requests from consultants, law firms, corporations, etc., will not be processed through the Municipal Freedom of Information and Privacy Act (MFIPPA). These requests should be processed more quickly through the new method:

a) Letters containing information requests should be directed to the appropriate department(s) and clearly outline what kind of information/certification you require. The more specific your request, the better.

b) The first hour of search/preparation time will be free. Search and preparation time exceeding one hour will be billed at $75.00 per hour.
