Sidewalks in Loyalist Township are regularly inspected. If it is determined that a sidewalk is in need of repair, maintenance will occur as required. The Township asks that sidewalks are not blocked and left free of debris at all times.

If you see a hazard on the sidewalk – a crack, a hole, uneven concrete or any dangerous situation call the Loyalist Township “Make A Call, Prevent A Fall” hotline at 613-386-7351, Ext. 116 and leave a message with the following details:

• Where it is
• What it is
• Did anyone fall?
• When did it happen?

You do not have to give your name. The information you provide will be passed on to the Transportation & Solid Waste Department for action.
