Streetlights along public roads and within township owned parks are owned and operated by Loyalist Township. In many cases, the poles may be owned by other utilities.

To assist in having streetlights repaired, residents should report the pole number and location when requesting streetlight repairs. Pole numbers are located approximately 3.0 m from the ground, facing the street. The pole numbers are printed on a stainless steel band. If you notice a light that is out, stays on or turns on and off, contact the Odessa office at 613-386-7351 Ext. 116 and provide the necessary details (location, pole # and problem). Please note, the repair may take up to 14 days, or longer if the utilities provider is required to assist with repairs. Repairs may be delayed if streetlight pole number is not reported.
