VOTER INFORMATION
Proxy Voting
An elector in a municipality may appoint another person similarly qualified as an elector as his/her voting proxy, using the prescribed form - Form 3 an interactive form through the Ministry of Municipal Affairs website.
Forms will also be available at the municipal office.
Forms will only be accepted after 2:00 p.m. on September 10, 2010 and should be dated on or after this date.
IDENTIFICATION WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL THOSE PERSONS APPOINTED AS A VOTING PROXY BY ANOTHER ELIGIBLE ELECTOR.
