Dog Licensing:

All Dog owners are required to purchase a dog tag each year for each dog they own or keep on their property.

Lottery Licensing:

Restaurant Outdoor Patio Licensing:

Transient Traders Licensing:

Licensing is required for vegetable stand vendors or chip trucks.  Please click here for a copy of the By-law 2011-12 (the application form is Schedule 'A' to the by-law)

Liquor Licensing:

Special Occasion Permits require letter of approval from various municipal departments.  For more information please visit the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) website.

Marriage Licensing:

Loyalist Township does not issue marriage licences.  For further information it is recommended to contact either the Town of Greater Napanee or the City of Kingston or the Ontario Government Services website.

Business Licensing:

Loyalist Township does not require business licences however, it is recommended that individuals consult with the Loyalist Township Planning Department to verify that your location of business is zoned in accordance of zoning regulations.
