The Main Office is located at the W. J. Henderson Recreation Centre, 322 Amherst Drive, Amherstview ON K7N 1S9. The Main Office staff provide information on Loyalist Township services; process registrations and payments for Recreation Department programs and swim/skate memberships; and book recreation facilities; You may also purchase dog tags, bus tickets and recycling boxes.

Regular Office Hours:

September-April:  Mon to Fri 8:30am-4:30pm

Summer Office Hours:

May-August:  Mon to Thurs 8:15am-4:30pm; Fri 8:15am-12:15pm

The office is closed on the following days: New Year's Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and 1/2 day on the last working day before Christmas Day, 1/2 Day on last working day before New Year's Day.
