Seniors Outreach Services works to improve the quality of life for seniors, in their home and in the community. Some services offered in Loyalist Township include Hot and Frozen Meals On Wheels, Social Dining, Adult Day Service, Foot Care and Library Delivery Service in Amherstview, transportation (including wheelchair) to appointments. Amherstview Foot Care Clinics

Taking good care of your feet is integral to overall health. Persons with diabetes are especially advised to get quality foot care. Fully trained nurses are contracted to provide foot care.

Date: Wednesdays (at the W.J. Henderson Recreation Centre)

Cost: $ 23 ($28 for first appointment)

Community Care Access Centre

The KFL&A Community Care Access Centre [1] manages nursing care, rehabilitation services and support services for people in their homes, schools and other places in the community outside of hospitals and admission for long-term care.
