Program Withdrawals

Registration Policy:

1. All programs have limited spaces and are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Please register early to avoid cancellation of a program due to low enrollment.

2. Payment MUST be made at time of registration.

3. NSF cheques must be replaced immediately with cash, debit or credit card. The participant will be removed from the course until payment is received, along with a $30.00 administrative fee.

4. If you withdraw from a program prior to the start date, a refund will be issued and a $10.00 administration fee will be charged.

5. If you withdraw after a program has started you must complete a request for refund form and submit to the Recreation Services Department. A pro-rated refund may be issued at the discretion of the respective Program Supervisor. A $10.00 administration fee will be charged.

6. If a class is cancelled due to weather, illness of an instructor, unavailability of the facility or any unforeseen circumstance, every attempt will be made to make up the class.

7. Programs may be subject to changes in time, location, instructor or fee if required. All cancellations will be posted on social media and the Loyalist Township website. Participants will be notified of cancellations via email (when an email address has been provided). Please ensure your current email address is on file.
